What Vlink is

Vlink is a software platform that helps restaurants and their vendors place orders, track deliveries, and keep a shared record of bills and payments. Vlink is a record-keeping and communication tool: we are not a party to any transaction between businesses, we do not process, hold, or transfer money, and we do not guarantee payment, delivery, quality, or performance by any business on the platform.

Accounts and verification

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and completing business verification. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove accounts at our discretion, including where information appears inaccurate or the platform is misused.

Orders, ledgers, and payment records

Orders, balances, payment records, and payment-proof screenshots on Vlink are records created by the businesses involved. The ledger reflects what the parties have entered and confirmed; resolving any dispute about an order, delivery, or payment is between the two businesses. We encourage keeping your Vlink records accurate — they are most useful when both sides maintain them honestly.

Acceptable use

You may not use Vlink to break the law, misrepresent your business, upload content you have no right to share, interfere with the service, or attempt to access other users' data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Fees

Vlink is currently free for early businesses. If we introduce paid plans, we will give existing users clear advance notice and the choice to accept before being charged.

Disclaimers and liability

Vlink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jungle Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions between businesses on the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero for free accounts).

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (records, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
